Who we are

Information we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to give us through the enquiry form on the Contact section:

• Full name
• Organisation (optional)
• Email address
• Area of interest you select
• The message you write

We don't use tracking cookies, and at the time of writing we don't run any analytics or advertising scripts on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any such tool goes live.

How we use it

Information submitted through the form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to discuss a potential engagement. We don't use it for marketing, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's described below.

Third-party services

This site is hosted and run entirely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare stores enquiry form submissions on our behalf in a private database we control, and, like virtually any web host, processes basic technical data (such as IP address and request logs) as a normal part of serving the page and protecting it from abuse. We don't currently use any other third party to handle form submissions or site data.

WhatsApp

The "Chat on WhatsApp" button on this site opens a conversation in WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Once you're in WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, not this one. We have no visibility into or control over WhatsApp's handling of your data.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and manage any resulting engagement, and delete it when it's no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email business@sgbcadvisory.com and we'll act on it directly. There's no automated system standing between you and a real answer.

We may update this page from time to time as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
